Lebensjahr praktiziere ich aktiv Yoga. Ich habe selber oft bei k\u00f6rperlichen Beschwerden oder\u00a0in angespannten\u00a0Phasen die ausgleichende Wirkung erfahren. Um dies an Andere weitergeben zu k\u00f6nnen, habe ich die Ausbildung zur zertifizierten Yogalehrerin abgeschlossen und biete mit gro\u00dfer Freude Kurse an.
